Information used to deliver the site
This website has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Zyric does not use cookies on the public website.
Vercel, Zyric's hosting provider, may process basic technical request and security information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested URL and time of request. Zyric uses this information under its legitimate interests in secure and reliable website delivery. Zyric does not use this data for analytics or advertising.
When you email Zyric
If you email info@zyric.ai, Zyric receives your email address and the information you choose to include. That information is used to read and respond to your message and to continue the resulting conversation.
The lawful basis for processing personal information in a business enquiry email is Zyric's legitimate interests in receiving and responding to business enquiries and managing the resulting correspondence.
Email is handled by the email services used by you and Zyric. Please keep an initial enquiry non-confidential and do not send credentials, sensitive personal information or restricted material.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask Zyric for access to and a copy of your personal information, to correct or erase it, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact info@zyric.ai. A request may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Retention
Enquiry emails may be retained while the enquiry is active and as needed for related business records. A fixed public retention period is not stated for every enquiry because the context can differ.
Technical request and security data is limited to the shortest retention period available in the approved Vercel configuration and is kept only as operationally necessary for secure and reliable website delivery.
